"The Deep"

Notification of practice or game cancellation prior to the activity will be made via email to your account, cell phone, or pager. You may choose an address other than that which you receive team news (I.E. you may choose to only receive cancellation alerts via text message on your cell phone). To receive electronic cancellation alerts, contact the web master or  to be placed on the distribution list.

Cancellation decisions will be made as early as possible, with practices being called no later than 1 hour before the scheduled start time. If you do not receive an announcement that the practice or game has been cancelled by then, you should assume it will proceed.

At the first sound of thunder or sighting of lightning, all participants must clear the field and return to their vehicles until 30 minutes after the last sound of thunder or sighting of lightning.
